白志玲是副教授，任职于六盘水师范学院化学与材料工程学院，担任六盘水市热电与电极材料重点实验室副主任，贵州省高层次创新型“千”层次人才，六盘水市第四届市管专家，有色金属智库认证专家，Viser 机械工程专家，六盘水市科协专家人才智库专家。主要研究方向材料改性、固体废弃物资源化利用、腐蚀与防护。主持与参与地厅级项目10余项，发表论文10余篇，授权专利17项。
Zhiling Bai is an associate professor in the School of Chemistry and Materials Engineering, Liupanshui Normal University, as the deputy director of the Liupanshui City Thermoelectric and Electrode Materials Key Laboratory, a high-level innovative "thousand" level talent in Guizhou Province, The fourth municipal expert of Liupanshui, certified Expert of nonferrous metals think tank,Viser mechanical engineering expert and expert of Liupanshui science and Technology Association and talent think tank. The main research interests contain material modification, solid waste resource utilization, corrosion and protection.
